Novo Cedar Mountain Welcomes First Residents

Shelton McNally recently reached an important milestone at Novo Cedar Mountain in Asheville, NC. With the delivery of our clubhouse and first residential building, we welcomed our first residents to the community. The remaining residential buildings will deliver by February of 2027.

Novo Cedar Mountain is a 210 unit luxury apartment community located in the growing Charlotte Highway corridor on the southeast side of Asheville, just 10 minutes from downtown Asheville. Novo Cedar Mountain is also part of a larger residential development called The Wilds at Cedar Mountain. The on-site amenities include a resort style clubhouse with a resident lounge and leasing center, state-of-the-art fitness center, salt-water pool and covered outdoor terrace with a large fireplace. Our residents will also enjoy a series of community-wide amenities that include pickle ball courts, playgrounds and over 2 miles of hiking and mountain biking trails that sit on the upper slopes of Cedar Mountain.
