PROJECT UPDATE: Units are turning at NOVO New Hampstead, a 360-unit multifamily community taking shape near Savannah, GA.

Ideally located just south of the I-16 and Jimmy Deloach Parkway interchange, the community offers convenient access to Pooler, the greater Savannah area, and nearby major employment centers.

Over a hundred units have been completed and turned over by our construction partner, Summit Contracting Group. The remaining units are nearing completion and will be turned over by late summer of this year. Leasing has progressed well, with over 25% of the community leased to date. Tenants began moving in February and the on-site team hosted a grand opening party in May.

When complete, NOVO New Hampstead will feature thoughtfully designed 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartment homes with high-end finishes, complemented by a full suite of resort-style amenities including a fitness center, pool, resident lounge, dog park, and car care center.
