Shelton McNally is an Atlanta-based real estate investment and development firm. The company is focused on ground-up development and value-add acquisition of multifamily communities in growth markets across the Southeastern United States. Since its inception in 2017, Shelton McNally has developed or acquired over $1B of multifamily real estate, comprising 5,000 units. The company currently has over $500 million in the active portfolio, with a further $200M in the pipeline.
