The property sits adjacent to Ellington Parkway and is less than a 10-minute drive to downtown Nashville. The location is convenient for all that East Nashville has to offer, including authentic retail shopping and dining along Gallatin Pike and in the Five Points area. Shelton McNally developed Laurel & Pine in partnership with local developer Vintage South. The community includes 166 apartment units and 24,000 SF of adaptive re-use retail and office space. The residential component – The Flats at Laurel & Pine – includes spacious studios, 1- and 2-bedroom flats and 3 bedroom, three-level townhomes with high end finishes.  The community also includes resort-style amenities including a fitness center, pool, resident lounge and leasing center, and a dog park. Shelton McNally completed the lease-up in October of 2023 and sold the property in July of 2026.
