Laurel & Pine  is a new mixed use community located in the heart of the historic and eclectic East Nashville community. The property sits adjacent to Ellington Parkway and is less than a 10 minute drive to downtown Nashville. The location is convenient to all that East Nashville has to offer including authentic retail shopping and dining along Gallatin Pike and in the Five Points area. Shelton McNally is developing Laurel & Pine in partnership with local developer Vintage South. The project will include 166 apartment units and 24,000 SF of adaptive re-use retail and office space. The residential component of the project include spacious studios, 1 and 2 bedroom flats and 3 bedroom, three-level townhomes with high end finishes.  The development will also include resort-style amenities including a fitness center, pool, resident lounge and leasing center, and a dog park.
