The Commons at Lake Hearn is a three building 350,000 SF Medical Office complex situated at 1100 Lake Hearn Drive, adjacent to MARTA and the three major hospitals on “Pill Hill” Emory St. Josephs, Northside Hospital and Eggleston CHOA.

Shelton McNally partnered with Pavilion Partners, LLC to masterplan the overall complex, execute major renovations to the existing buildings and construct a new 900 space parking facility. This extensive project resulted in the creation of a Class A medical office complex with state of the art amenities and finishes in the heart of Atlanta’s largest hospital market
