Springdale Glen is located in Clarkston, immediately adjacent to Highway 78 and benefits from easy access to all major markets on the growing east side of Atlanta. Shelton McNally acquired the 276 unit property in January of 2019. Springdale Glen underwent renovations in 2012 and has been showing solid rent growth since that time. Shelton McNally  performed a new round of both in unit and property wide renovations to bring the community up to modern high quality standards and sold the property in August of 2021 generating a 39% IRR for our investment partners.
