Novo Mauldin is located just south of Greenville’s city limits in the affluent suburb of Mauldin. The project is strategically situated near the Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research (CU-ICAR), the Millennium Campus and TD Bank’s Regional Headquarters in Greenville.  Shelton McNally completed construction in September 2021 of this 330 unit multifamily community.  The property features spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom, apartment homes with high end finishes throughout.  The community includes resort-style amenities including a fitness center, pool and resident lounge, leasing center, dog park and car wash.  Shelton McNally completed the lease-up in April 2022 and sold the property in September 2022 generating a 48.6% IRR for our investment partner.
