Novo Donelson is located just seven miles east of downtown Nashville in the up and coming Donelson submarket. The project is strategically situated adjacent to the RTA Music City STAR station. Shelton McNally completed construction in June 2020 on this 199 unit luxury apartment community – the first in the Donelson submarket. The property features modern 1 and 2 bedroom units with rents at a significant discount to the downtown submarket. The community also has a large resident clubroom, leasing center and resort style pool. Shelton McNally completed the lease-up in February 2021 and sold the property in August 2021 generating a 34% IRR for our investment partner.
