Shelton McNally completed construction in December 2022 of this 280 unit multifamily development. The property features spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom, apartment homes with high end finishes.  The community includes resort-style amenities including a fitness center, pool, resident lounge, leasing center, dog park and a car wash. Shelton McNally completed the lease-up in June 2023 and sold the property in September 2023 generating a 26.6% IRR for our investment partner.
