Novo Avondale is located in the Decatur/Avondale Estates submarket of Atlanta, situated directly across from the Kensington MARTA train station. Shelton McNally purchased the 374 unit property in May of 2018 and executed a major renovation of the entire community. The community is comprised of modern 1,2 and 3 bedroom luxury apartments. The community also feature a new 5,000 SF resident clubhouse and adjacent resort style pool. Shelton McNally completed the lease-up in under 12 months and sold the property in October of 2020 generating a 37% IRR for our investment partner.
