Development Manager

Nic has over six years of professional experience in banking and commercial real estate.

Most recently, Nic was a Vice President on Hodges Ward Elliott’s Hotel Investment Advisory Group where he specialized in hotel and resort transactions throughout North America, including investment advisory and equity placements. Nic was responsible for all aspects of deal execution, marketing strategy, and financial underwriting.

Prior to Hodges Ward Elliott, Nic was an Associate on Berkadia’s Multifamily Institutional Investment Sales team in Atlanta where he assisted in the disposition of institutional multifamily assets across the southeast.

Nic received his M.B.A. from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School with concentrations in real estate and finance. During his two years at Emory, he served as the President of the Goizueta Real Estate Group, won both the Real Estate Achievement Award & MBA Meritorious Service Award, and completed an internship with Carter.

Nic received a B.S. in Finance from Case Western Reserve University. He is an active member of NAIOP, ULI, and AYREP Atlanta and lives in Kirkwood with his wife, Mackenzie.
