Katherine has over sixteen years of experience in the commercial real estate and Architecture industries, having transitioned to development in 2017.

Most recently, Katherine spent four years with The Loudermilk Companies as a Development Manager. She was part of a team implementing The Charles, a luxury condominium and retail building in the heart of Buckhead. She was a part of the team collaborating on the JV venture for The Thompson Buckhead, a 201 key boutique hotel with over 10,000 square feet of meeting space and a feature rooftop pool and bar.

Prior to The Loudermilk Companies, Katherine worked as an Architect and Project Manager for tvsdesign in various segments including convention, hospitality, public assembly, mixed use and sports. She has worked with renovation projects and international architectural commissions specializing in complex 3D studies, sculptural forms and intricately patterned walls and floors. Her ability to move seamlessly between interior design and architecture lend the ability as an essential development team member for some of the firm’s most dynamic ventures.

Katherine holds a Master of Architecture as well as a Bachelor of Science & Architecture from The Georgia Institute of Technology. She is a Registered Architect and an affiliate of NCARB. Katherine is graduate of the 2019 ULI Center for Leadership and currently serves on the Creative Development Council. She resides in Buckhead with her husband, Tate, and four children.
