CONOR MCNALLY
Principal
Conor has 20 years of commercial real estate experience, focused primarily on the development of complex urban mixed-use projects.
Most recently, Conor spent seven years as Chief Development Officer at Carter & Associates, where he led the development of $750M in large commercial office, multifamily and mixed-use projects. In addition, Conor led the Program Management division of the company, overseeing $100M in annual project management activity.
Prior to joining Carter, Conor was Executive Vice President of Operations for Novare Group. At Novare, Conor led the development of over 3,000 condominium units in projects, valuing more than $850 million. Before Novare, Conor spent four years in strategy consulting as a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group in Atlanta.
Conor earned a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from University College Dublin (Ireland). Conor is currently an Adjunct Professor at the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, teaching real estate. Conor serves as the chair of the Downtown Development Authority in Decatur, GA. Conor lives in Decatur, GA with his wife and has two college-aged children.
