RYAN CLEARY

Vice President, Design and Construction

Ryan has over 17 years of commercial construction experience working in the multifamily, hospitality, medical office and mixed-use sectors.

Prior to joining Shelton McNally, Ryan spent 3 years with Pinkerton & Laws in Atlanta as a Construction Project Manager.  He was actively involved in the design and construction of hotel projects throughout the Southeast providing new builds for brands including Marriott, Hilton and IHG.

Prior to joining Pinkerton & Laws, Ryan served as Director of Project Management with HRV Hotel Partners in Atlanta.  His responsibilities included development and project management of numerous hospitality ventures including resorts, boutiques and select service hotels.

Ryan began his career in 2004 with JWH Construction managing a variety of sectors from commercial office spaces and historical to custom residential projects throughout the Southeast.

Ryan earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Auburn University. He resides in Johns Creek with his wife, Theresa.
