MATT DELICATA

Managing Director, Development

Matt has nearly 10 years of commercial real estate experience across investment, development, acquisition, disposition and asset management activities.

Most recently, Matt spent 5 years at Carter and Associates, where he focused on sourcing new investment and development opportunities, as well as providing analytical and asset management support on over $750 million of large commercial office, multifamily and mixed-use projects.

Prior to joining Carter, Matt spent three years with Triangle Equities, a real estate development firm based in New York City. In this role, he focused on sourcing and underwriting prospective developments, as well as the project and asset management of assets already established within their portfolio. He began his professional career as a restaurateur in Nashville, where he grew-up.

Matt earned a Master of Business Administration from American University and a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University. He currently serves on the Downtown Development Authority of Avondale Estates, where he lives with his wife, Katrina, and two young sons, Julian and Elliot.
