This includes managing the civil and architectural design, procuring contractors and managing the pricing, and oversight of all on site construction through completion.<\/p>\n<p class=\"s3\">Colin has 20 years of commercial real estate experience, working primarily in the multi-family and mixed-use sectors.<\/p>\n<p class=\"s3\">Prior to joining Shelton McNally, Colin spent 4 years with\u00a0<em><span class=\"s5\">Carter &amp; Associates<\/span><\/em>\u00a0in Atlanta as a Design &amp; Construction Manager actively involved in the design and construction of multifamily and mixed-use projects across the United States.<\/p>\n<p class=\"s3\">Prior to joining Carter, Colin served as a Project Manager with\u00a0<em><span class=\"s5\">KPost<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> Company<\/span><\/em>\u00a0in Dallas, TX and was charged with managing their involvement in the DFW Terminal Renew and Improvement Project (TRIP) at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, a seven-year, $2 Billion project.
