This includes the sourcing and oversight of our property management partners and overall responsibility for maximizing asset level financial performance.<\/p>\n<p>Natalia has over 20 years of multifamily\u00a0residential real estate experience, primarily on development, lease-up, and\u00a0management of both urban mixed-use projects and garden style suburban projects.\u00a0Natalia has extensive experience in the Atlanta, Nashville, Chattanooga,\u00a0Houston, Charlotte, and Huntsville markets.<\/p>\n<p>Most recently, Natalia spent five years\u00a0with Cottonwood Residential, as a Senior Regional Manager where she managed a\u00a0portfolio of approximately 3,000 units valuing over $700 million. Before\u00a0Cottonwood Residential, Natalia spent four years as a Regional Manager at\u00a0Panther Properties where she managed a portfolio of over 2,000 units and was\u00a0instrumental in the startup of the property\u00a0management division of the company.<\/p>\n<p>Natalia earned a Bachelor of Arts from Swinburn\u00a0University of Technology (Australia).
