Colin Hubbard

Vice President, Design & Construction

At Shelton McNally, Colin leads all design and construction activities for his portfolio of properties, including both new development and acquisition/renovation. This includes managing the civil and architectural design, procuring contractors and managing the pricing, and oversight of all on site construction through completion.

Colin has 20 years of commercial real estate experience, working primarily in the multi-family and mixed-use sectors.

Prior to joining Shelton McNally, Colin spent 4 years with Carter & Associates in Atlanta as a Design & Construction Manager actively involved in the design and construction of multifamily and mixed-use projects across the United States.

Prior to joining Carter, Colin served as a Project Manager with KPost Company in Dallas, TX and was charged with managing their involvement in the DFW Terminal Renew and Improvement Project (TRIP) at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, a seven-year, $2 Billion project. Colin began his career in Atlanta with Sierra Contracting Corporation/ECI and Lane Company managing multi-family and commercial developments across the Southeast.

Colin earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Georgia. He is actively involved in ULI and currently serves as a Sandy Springs Education Force and Leadership Sandy Springs board member and is heavily involved in Sandy Springs where he lives with his wife, Ashley andtheir three children.
