Kyle Brock

Principal

Kyle is a principal and owner of Shelton McNally and focuses on corporate strategy and sourcing and oversight of development and acquisition opportunities

Kyle has 23 years of commercial real estate experience focused primarily on investment and development activities.

Most recently, Kyle spent six years as Managing Director at Crescent Communities, where he led the development of over $650M in projects ranging from urban, mixed-use to suburban multifamily.

Prior to joining Crescent, Kyle was Senior Vice President of Development for Carter & Associates. At Carter, Kyle led the development and financing of over 1,000 multifamily units and 300,000 square feet of office projects valued at more than $500 million. Prior to Carter, Kyle spent nine years in investing and development roles at Novare Group, where he was involved in the development and financing of over 5,000 multifamily units and over 100,000 square feet of retail space.

Kyle earned a BBA in Finance from The University of Georgia and is a CFA® charter holder.  He is a member of the Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership, Inc. Advisory Board and is a youth sports coach.   Kyle lives in Marietta, GA with his wife and two teenage children.
